Cancellation Policy:
 
 
Our time together is important! Please be mindful when canceling or rescheduling your appointment . You must give a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you are unable to give me 48 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your session. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled under that time period will be charged in the full amount of the session if it is left unfilled.
 

No-shows:
 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Clients will be charged for the full amount of their treatment. 
 

Late Arrivals:
 

If you arrive late for an appointment, the remaining time will be used to its best advantage, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
 
 
Reservation/Appointment Policy:
 
 
Same day appointments are possible depending on the time of day. If you want to schedule a same day appointment, the 48 hour cancelation policy automatically applies. Please be 100% sure that you can make your appointment time before scheduling. By scheduling your appointment you agree to the 48 hour cancelation policy.
 
 
Refund Policy:
 
 
All sales, Prepaid massages, Cancelation with less than 48 hours, No Shows, Services Rendered, Gift Certificates, Prepaid Massage Packages are FINAL SALE and non refundable. However, they are transferrable and may be gifted to another person for any reason.
 
 
 
 
 
 
General Service Policy & Preperation for your appointment:
 
 
If possible, try not to schedule anything right after your session. Allow yourself some down time to reap the full benefits of your massage.
 
Please turn off your cell phone upon entering the studio.
 
Please arrive to your session in good hygiene and cleanliness.
 
Please do not schedule a massage if you have an acute or contagious illness. Massage can often exacerbate  symptoms, and puts myself and my other clients at risk of infection.
 
 
CLIENT - THERAPIST RELATIONSHIP
 
 
My massage practice is strictly therapeutic and my relationships with my clients are strictly professional. Sexual or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and the session will be immediately terminated and charged in full.
